About Echo Canyon Vineyard & Winery

Peek over the lip of Verde Valley, and you might catch a glimpse of Echo Canyon Vineyard & Winery. Its team grows grapes at the valley's bottom, working with soil kept fertile by Oak Creek's mountain waters. At the vineyard's on-site winery, winemakers transforms the fruit into creative vintages, available for sampling in the tasting room. At the winery's Jerome location, folks can taste their way through varietals mesa-side surrounded by the cozy seclusion of the former mining town turned artist village.

Our visit was fun and enjoyable because our host was great and the tastings were good. However, we were at a shop not at the vineyard or winery. The winery is for sale so no more wine is being produced. The wine is very good, but the selection is from what is left. Currently the selection is good. They only produced red wine; however, our bottle to take with us was a Chardonnay which can only be used for cooking since the quality is not good enough to drink. That was disappointing!

Great little storefront. They own the one next door too. They are a little small and tight on space so I wouldn't go with a very large group. Overall, amazing wine and good experience!

Great little tasting room but you cannot bring a large crowd of people due to size. However, they were extremely nice and we plan on going back!
