Room was very small and outdated.. Didn't get that relaxed welcome feeling.. The lady I had that gave me my facial was very negative and not sincere.. I just wanted the facial over...

I am not recommending the facial only. The person left me in the room for 15-20 minutes with steam on my face and never came back to check. She left another 10 min. I was very disappointed with this. I have had many facials and they usually will massage your arms/hands during this time. She also attempted to sell me facial products and reported that creams were not good for the face, but did not use the product she was attempting to sell and actually used a cream.
