Make sure they double check the gel nails really well. I have three nails where in the corner they are not filed down/ attached very well and i am going to go back to get them fixed. So please make sure they are well down.
She should advise people ahead of time that she works out of her apartment. We were a little apprehensive knocking on a door in an apartment complex. Some people may not feel comfortable in that environment.
Hi sweet girrrl. I really enjoyed our chat and you did a great job on my toes and nails. If I had any suggestion at all, it would be to provide a foot soak (just a simple warm foot bath) prior to the pedicure. Darling .... You were wonderful! Glad that the current fella knows what he's got. xox

If you advertise 2 "pedicures" then that is what you should provide to the customer. You are not equipped to give pedicures in your workspace, you Need a foot soak station. and all the necessary tools to scrub down the feet. All you did was basically push my cuticals back, cut my nails and paint them. THAT IS NOT A PEDICURE!!!!! Also Shellac is supposed to last over a month and is hard to remove. After 1 week my big toe has already peeled off in full and 2 of my other toes are chipped. I am not on my feet all day, or in a job that is hard on them...I have had shellac pedis in the past that have stayed much longer. I was very dissapointed with the service and felt the ad was very misleading. In the future advertise it differently or charge more and offer the full service. Very dissapointed and would not reccomend to anyone.
Nails were outsourced to an inexperienced tech, I had to pay someone else to redo them.
I found that down both sides of each nail were not painted. I also found the paint to be not very smooth. I also had it starting to chip within 3 days :-(
Had to wait too long for an appt. couldn't do what I wanted when I arrived and the mani was poor. The booking assistant said the new unit was air conditioned when it wasn't. No signage to unit, weird and awkward being in a private home.
She is just setting up so it may not be fair to judge her just yet. I would not return.
