Very calm and low key atmosphere. The attendants were very reassuring and patient when answering all questions prior to the procedure. The operator was very poised during the procedure-listening and watching for any signs of anxiety or tenseness. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience - and would recommend it to any of my friends and family.
