although she was nice (I don't know her name as she never introduced herself), the esthetician was somewhat unprofessional and talked about her pregnancy the entire time. I was looking forward to relaxing but instead had to listen to her vent about different people in her life. I thought I would be getting a pampering treatment but there was no ambiance or pampering at all. Straight microderm with current and a mask, I didn't even change into a gown or get underneath the sheets on the table. No extractions, no massage, no recommendations for other treatments or products. This really fell short of my expectations.
