Gentleman at the front desk was polite. Even offered me coffee when I said it was early and I was still tired. He informed me of a repair that is necessary and understood when he said that I have to consider the cost of repairs vs cost of the car. I plan on using this shop as my go to from now on.

Mike, the manager, treated me with respect. Some people see a woman and they try to take advantage and sell them items they don't need.
I knew I would need a new battery and I did. Mike didn't over charge me. Great service!!
