It was very difficult to get a reservation Whenever I called I got a message to call back It took 21 phone calls over two days before I finally spoke with someone It would have been nice if I could have left a message or if reservations could be made on line Food was very good Service was satisfactory

we went there with another couple and had a wonderful time we loved the experience
If you have a group go into the teddy bear seating, if only a few of you sit in the tea cup

Allow plenty of time to savor the tea ~ an hour to an hour and a half You are not rushed by the staff and, in fact, are expected to have conversations and linger over tea as you would in Great Britain

This is a beautiful Tea Room and I have been to alot of Tea roomsthe food is excellent and you get plenty of it A very nice thing is that the waitresses don't try to rush you through your meal the Tea is excellent and they sell their tea on site The ambiance is wonderful I highly recommend this tea room
