They also crafts more than two dozen gourmet sandwiches named for celebrities, such as the Joe Pesci with roast beef, turkey, ham, and cole slaw, and the Michelangelo, whose recipe consisting of fresh mozzarella, arugula, and tomatoes is painstakingly painted on the ceiling.
