I went to the store on 3rd avenue. Everyone was very professional and the person who picked the frames out was very kind and awesome. She also fixed my current glasses which were bent out of shape from passing out drunk with my glasses on. Even though I'd be receiving new glasses soon, she still fixed it for me at no cost. I wish I knew her name but again, great workers altogether. Thank you!

Let me point out that there are many Cohen's Fashion Optical locations. I have had bad experiences at some, but was very pleased with the service at the 6th Ave and 18th St location. I will definitely use them again.
