Loved it! Looking forward to going regularly! The studio was very clean & Julie was so nice, encouraging & helpful. They have blocks, straps, etc. so you don’t have to come fully equipped! If you’re a beginner, you’ll love the slow flow class!

I had never taken a yoga class before but Vicki was fantastic! The class I took was easy to follow, but challenging enough that I felt I got a good workout in. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after the class.

I am so happy I found this studio. Not only is it close to my house but staff are wonderful! I wish I had more time to take classes everyday.

Instructors are helpful, studio is clean. No hassles, great clientele and instructors make sure you feel welcome at any level! Great stress reliever and I really feel centered after each session.
