As a first timer for me, Excel Yoga was very hard and challenging, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I will definitely go back. The place is really nice and the people are friendly.

The instructor was Great, I believe his name was Charles. Very patient and knowledgeable. Charles took the time to answer some questions, give me a few tips and promised to work with me, which was very reassuring. I look forward to my next class.
