Laser removal was very fast, less than 5 minutes for one treatment for underarms. Mild pain. The receptionist is also the technician that does the hair removal. I don't feel that she was overly pleasant to be around. She made me feel like I was interrupting her (there was no one in the store). She didn't do much explaining of the process, and I'm not sure what to expect after my treatment and for my future treatments.

I bought the 1 year package for my face and paid the extra to do my neck at the same time and so far the results have been great, every time I go I am seeing a definite reduction.
