They were very very misleading about prices. Shady business for sure.

It's very unfair that by using the coupon the customer is expected to pay retail prices at a discount distributor - I could have got the same merchandise for the cost of the coupon - but actually ended up paying an additional 40%

The decorator came in and instead of helping me with what I thought were the issues, she just told me we needed to renovate. Well, in a perfect world, I would love to do that but I have to work with what I have and she didnt help at all!! Big waste of money......

Too much confusion over my order, then it was misplaced and took 10 weeks to receive. Didn't seem to take responsibility for delay but blamed it on Christmas and manufacturing plants being closed. The promised apology letter with a coupon for a future order was never received.

They had difficulties with following through on the schedule they outlined. The order was incorrect, and when this was mentioned they were rude. After being the GC on a building project, I found them to be very expensive, inefficient and their customer service was below average for the industry.

I'm not happy about paying full price for something that did not measure up to what was promised. And I'm also not happy about the attitude of "our mistake, your problem".
