I loved it! William and Mary are both wonderful warm welcoming people who made me as a beginner very comfortable. I look forward to continuing sessions at Gravity and Grace.

What an incredible instructor! William is extremely knowledgeable, cognizant of his students' needs, and creates a comfortable environment conducive to trying new things and taking risks The class moves at the right pace, allowing for the more advanced students to refine their skills, and new students to have some one-to-one instruction I highly recommend Gravity and Grace to anyone looking to meet new people, get fit, and begin to find balance in life

The facilities could use a bit of work but the class is amazing! Great humour of the facilitator and wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait for the next class.
