What a great place. All staff is amazing at guiding your personal goals and needs. All exercises are able to be done from beginners to advanced. And children are welcome. Will be going here from now on.

Really great workout! Fun and fast paced. As a beginner I struggled, but the instructor gave me alternative movements to do and helped me focus on the basics. Will definitely be going back!

Definitely a good workout at an affordable price!! Family oriented which is nice to see and a friendly group that attends this gym, making for a fun workout too!

A really fun and relaxed atmosphere. They make you work hard, but there are a lot of laughs and camaraderie happening at the same time. I appreciate the children of all ages running around and hanging out while their parents work out. I appreciate the care and attention the owners of the gym give to all their clients - big and little. After 3 classes I "drank the Kool-Aid" and joined up for a year.

Great classes that can be adapted to any age or ability. The instructor is knowledgable & friendly and the classes are always changing so you never get bored. My kids like going and I love that they get to see such a good example of active healthy living and I don't have to feel guilty for taking an hour for myself. I would total recommend giving Healthy Rhino a shot!
