I tried to check Box # 1 for question #1 and box #3 for question #2 but nothing happened. Anyways, the guys are good to deal with and it's not a high pressure up-sell place so I'll be going back.

This has been bar none the worst experience I have ever had for service that I have paid for. I was completely unsatisfied with the job they did. When I phoned to relate my dissatisfaction I was given the two step run around. They could not care any less that I was unhappy with the lack of detailing done or with the fact that I was not going to bring my business to them anymore. We do 8000 cars we don't need your business was the statement I received from the person that I spoke with. I will never give them my business again. I cannot express in strong enough terms how much I will go out of my way to make sure that I relate how poor of a job they did to anyone and everyone that I know.
