A big thank you for thoroughly cleaning the grill prior to preparing my wife's choices. She has a serious seafood alergy. Keeping the shellfish items more separated from other ingredients would be helpful to further prevent cross contamination prior to cooking. Also the rice brought to the table could be hotter when served.
