The entire experience was wonderful. Chad is professional and great with small misbehaving children. We were able to make a quick appointment to view the photos which was amazing in person at the studio showcasing all photos on a projection screen. Experienced and knowledgeable, Chad was very patient, and you could tell really wanted to get great shots. He gathered and gave information at the forefront so we could be prepared, and we certainly appreciated the service and professionalism provided.
