Very nice atmosphere and excellent service. I especially loved the private sauna room.

The staff was rude in person and over the phone. They wouldn't greet you when u came in, they would stare until you would say your name. The facility was nice and well kept but the staff I encountered on my visits made the appointments ackward. I felt very rushed. I can understand if there are people waiting or there is another appointment after me. But there would be no one behind me and I would constantly feel rushed.
