These newfound roots haven't affected the product, though; behind the counter, servers whip up the same frosty shave ices that made the family's original trailer so successful. They top the fluffy ice in tropical flavors such as guava, pineapple, and passion fruit, or blend multiple syrups to craft specialty combinations like Hawaiian Rainbow, Island Breeze, and Big Kahuna. These shave ices are served both plain and Hawaiian-style, which calls for ice cream on the bottom and sweet cream on top.
