Very nice employees and relaxing atmosphere
This is a great well managed business that keeps its prices affordable. Excellent service!
Staff didn't speak English so couldn't explain the procedures making it uncomfortable.
Too many reschedules.
The facility just moved to Wyoming Street, which does not look like a favorable location for a business, nor is it easily accessible for customers. The building is old and run down. The staff turn-over rate is so high that they are not properly trained (ie- they push and rub so hard that they leave bruises, instead of letting the machine do the majority of the work. Some of the staff does not speak English and therefore, won't verify your comfort or suction level, if you don't speak Spanish. Many times, such as yesterday, they are so backed up on appointments, that they lessen your treatment time (supposed to be 35 mins, mine was 25). overall, this business has declined since their move. I do not recommend.
If your advertising a manicure/pedicure a person should recievr the service. Do not advertise something and give half rhe service. Pushing back the cuticle and just painting the nail is not a manicure or pedicure. Plus on top of the the nail polishing job was horrid had a bunch of bubbles after it dried. I will definitely never buy from there again and will tell others to never go.
Had a mani/ pedicure there & my nails were buffed so much that my nail bed was damaged. My nails are now splitting & breaking, literally in half! This has never happened to me at any other salon. Will never go back!!
Answer your phone if you want business.
they should give quality service at all times if they would like to return customers
Not sure if it's the quality of the products you carry but my nail pollish started chipping away just hours after I left. Not sure if I would go back for a manicure/pedicure
