The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the website explanation of the Thermojet Infrared Body Wrap system indicated the thighs would be wrapped individually, that was not the case, only the arms were wrapped, the rest of the body goes into a "body bag." The arm wraps smelled like body odor, probably because of the sweating that occurs during the wrap from previous clients. I was assured the wraps are sprayed with a germicide after each clients use. Other than that, I had a positive experience with the staff, they greeted me upon arrival, were very professional and friendly.

The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful and truly understand what customer service is all about. I really enjoyed the wrap and while I was there, they were able to get me in for a custom spray tan as well. Awesome job on the color. I highly recommend this salon!
