It was really a great experience over-all, I was impressed. The only constructive criticism that I can think of would be the impression that first came to me as I was waiting to get started at the hair stylists station. It was probably just from the time of day that my appointment was, it must have been around lunch breaks or before stylists came to work-other customers seem to have lengthy wait time before seeing stylists. But I would definitely return to Hair by Katy (Scarlett)
