we lost power for over 3 hours during our stay and there was no compensation given for this.

Yes the mattress is very hard.the manger there is not there half the time, and at times no one is at the front. Desk.there was a bug in our bathroom and the manger would not even take interest. In what Was going On.We left the room About 1:00pm and came back later that even and room. Was not clean, we had to got to another room.we were going. To stay three nights but changed our minds.
