The only complaint would be that when I recieved my credit card bill I had a $4.95 charge that I was unaware of. When I checked out I had a zero balance.

I can't recommend The Geneva Inn enough. It is a little gem in Lake Geneva. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the inn itself was beautiful and comfortable and the rooms far exceeded my expectations.

They have a big box elder beetle problem in the rooms. We had around 15 of them in the room at checkin and when waking up in the morning there were aroud 50 including all over the bed. They know about the problem but their answer to the problem is vacuuming them once a day. I complained and they did not offer any resolution at that point at all. They would not even come and revacuum or let us change rooms. I was very dissapointed with the service I recieved. This is supposed to be a nicer hotel. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
