I took a group of Senior High Girl Scouts and that was the funest thing on the whole trip! Tarka was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Don't let the meeting place fool you or set you off. They are remodeling and starting up and it looks a bit unprofessional. However, give him a try. He was super friendly! I would recommend to anyone and definatley take my next Girl scout troop there in a few years. Thaks Tarka for a great time!

Marko is awesome in every aspect! Tarka who not our guide but was at the location, did bring his kids, this was difficult due to the fact our vacation was to get away for our kids. One of the children are partially difficult and takes some patience

Takra's Whitewater journey was such a fun experience! Everyone was so friendly; Hillary made us feel welcome at our arrival, Marko, our guide, was amazing, and Tarka made some wonderful food. Definitely would love to go again:).

tarka is a wonderful man, made the olympic team n nepal so his knowledge is uncomparable. very patient teacher, went over all safety aspects of river and what if type situations...very important to me, i had 3 children wth me on this trip. tarkas guide cliff, was an excellent, patient teacher as well...my kids loved the experience and felt safe doing something that can be very dangerous!!! will use them again, my kids cant wait for the next adventure!!!
