The Ad was very misleading. It offered an exam, xrays, and a dental cleaning. After the dentist gave me a five minute exam, the assistant proceeded to polish my teeth. Not clean, polish. I asked why she wasn't going to scale my teeth and she said that they consider a prophy a full cleaning, and that a scaling would cost extra and would need to be scheduled for a different time.
