This is a great onestop place for healthy feel better living! In addition to the infrared sauna I'be seen Nate the acupuncturist, Dr.Lori for Chiropractic, and Rachel for essential oils. They are all wonderful people that care about you and wellness!

I have been to the clinic for Chiropractic and acupuncture, but this was the first time for the sauna. I recommend all of those service!

Plan to arrive in enough time to find parking which may require meter change or using the parking structure which also has a cost. They do have a small parking lot for patrons but not that many spaces. It was full when I arrived. The facility itself is very nice, quiet, and clean.

Really nice space. Nice people. Thoroughly enjoyed the In-fared Sauna. I recommend it!

Bring something to read as it is hard to sweat for an hour just sitting there doing nothing. Bring a towel to help get yourself cleaned up as they provide one cool cloth but your towel that you sit on , gets soaked!!

Infrared sauna room has a door that locks for privacy. Booth will hold four people. 125-130 degrees and I drank 1/2 liter of water after 25 minutes and another 1/2 liter at 50 minutes. A good sweat. I only wish they had a cold shower to rise after finishing, but they give you a cool towel to wipe yourself down with. Kind of hard to get your back by yourself though.

If you are curious about an infrared sauna, this is a good place to check it out. Friendly staff and peaceful environment. To park may be tricky, bring change in case their designated area is full and you have to meter park.Enjoyable experience!
