Let me just start by saying that Malee was great. Really sweet person with a great personality and light touch. The facial was really relaxing and I very much enjoyed the deep cleanse. She's attentive and knowledgeable and gave me some good insights into my skincare. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a facial. That being said, what I didn't enjoy as much were the rest of the staff at the salon. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than greeting me or checking me in, and it's a shame, since, again, Malee was so fantastic. The salon experience starts when you walk through the door, so although I did not enjoy that aspect of my facial I did really enjoy Malee.

I think it would give a more spa like feel if you gave people robes and had them get under the sheet. It's what I have done in the past, it makes a more relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely sweet girl. The Facial was pleasant although very basic. No steam, nothing on eyes ie..cooling cucumbers, no neck work, no massage of neck, hands or feet. With as much competition as there is in Eugene she will need to step up her game which I think she is very capable of. Maybe just lack of experience.
