Absolutely stunning service. The result of the work wasn't what I'd hoped for, but Jim prepared me well and explained clearly why my chip didn't disappear. Jim is terrific and someone with whom I would never hesitate to do business. GREAT!

Very friendly, did a little extra work to ensure windshield was installed correct, I will return to have Willamette Valley Glass do some other repairs in the future.
