This gem of a yoga studio has all the hallmarks of the way yoga has been practiced for centuries. A refreshing departure from the wanna be's who have done it an injustice through over-commercialization. Lisa, this is the real thing! Your friend, M.

I love the Restorative Yoga with essential oils class. Saturdays at 1pm with Lisa Shuwal, you will feel totally refreshed and rejuvenated and so happy you were part of this very relaxing experience!!!

They have 2 studios on the same block, just two doors apart. The main studio in "earth" and it's located on the very corner.

Talk to them about what the classes are about before you book any. I thought Yoga basics would be the best place to start by its name but I guess gentle yoga is a better place to start. Who knew??
