had a GR8 Mani-Pedi! very nice staff & loved the nail polish , lasted longer than normal!?!! will be back ;)

Savy is very nice and did a great job on my hair. I will definitely go see her again.

I feel bad/sad to say that the mani/pedi was subpar(below average). Savy was nice however, she also cuts hair at this salon and also does the manicures and pedicures. I hope she is a better hair stylist than manicurist. The pedicures are not performed the traditional way that we are used to with a large reclining sofa attached to a big bowl below for our feet. The pedicure here is a regular chair with a portable foot spa. The quality of the work definitely could be better. Sadly I will not come back for the mani/pedi but definitely will for the haircuts by Jacklin. She seemed very confident and qualified to cut hair. I think that Jacklin might be hurting her salon image if she allows Savy to continue doing manicures and pedicures. I wish I can get my money back but I won't. I did not get the relaxing spa experience that I was hoping and expecting to get.

The individual that provided service to me was very friendly and warm. I felt very comforatible . i would re-visit Jacklin K Salon . Thank you

Not welcoming. The lady who cut my hair in the second chair was nice but the older blonde and jacklin not so much...only elderly woman go there..what i saw

Not happy about manicure..sloppy and uneven.

Both nail technicians that do the manicure/pedicures are also hair stylist - no problem but they do not do a good job with mani/pedis. They do not cut/clean the cuticles well and even just putting on nail polish is not as clean or done well as other nail salons I visit. Also they do not have a pedicure chair, just a small portable pedicure bowl. It is a very nice salon but this is not the place to get a quality manicure or pedicure. I posted a negative review on Yelp and the owner asked me to come back in to re-do the mani/pedi but sadly, it was not any better than the first. It's just both girls are not qualified because it is not what they specialize in or do often enough to be good at it. After the re-do, owner asked me to take down my negative review which I did but regret later because I felt it was necessary for others to know they will not happy with the results. I should not have taken down my Yelp review but eventually, others will complain too and realize to avoid this place (maybe they are better at hair styling and should stick to that instead of doing something they are not good at).

The shop had a very stiff uncomfortable regular chair for the pedicure making it hard to bend your legs to put them in the bowl of warming water. The manicurist was fumbling not covering the nails fully and it took two hours for a mani pedi! My worst mani pedi ever!
