About Topshelf Bartenders

At Topshelf Bartenders, barkeeps-in-training learn all the skills necessary to professionally tend bar—from mixing margaritas to ringing up checks. The school is led by a highly experienced director, whose accolades include TIPS and managerial certifications as well as service-industry experience that dates back to 1991. In keeping with the outfit's commitment to real-world experience, classes are conducted in a realistic bar setting complete with all of the tools needed for the job, including jiggers, ice bins, and glassware.
