Please upgrade the technology in the rooms, Television and Climate Control. Also the plugs in the room were very poorly placed, none by the bed that were usable, had to run a cord from the opposite side of the room to power chargers, laptop, etc.

There was a terrible odor in the hallways and our room. There suite was not luxurious and wine and chocolates was cheap! The place needs a lot of updating.

We came across two bugs in our room. Also the jacuzzi tub came with no instructions on how to start it. The person at the front desk didnt know either. It took about 30 minutes to locate someone that did. Rooms were very dated.

Be sure to advertise exactly what you will be offering. Clean in the carpet in time for it to be dry and air out the rooms long before guests arrive.

They were unProfessional at times. They didn't have wifi like they had said and their toilet flooded in the middle of the night. When this happened they were slow, unhelpful, and rude before reaching the fair and correct actions.
