The massage was the best I have ever had and I have had many massages. The staff was professional. The setting was beautiful and relaxing. The therapist's technique exceeded my expectations. I am already planning my next massage at Mind and Body and I want the same massage therapist. I have shared the salon's info with my closest friends.

One of the best massages I’ve had. The use of the warm towels to loosen the muscles was the perfect touch. Tiffany was awesome.

I was a little hesitant to have a massage because I suffer from Sacroiliac joint dysfunction and in addition I also had spinal surgery last June. I left my pain management doctor an hour before going to Mind and Body and I was in severe pain. I was also very upset because my pain management doctor scheduled my spinal steroid injections for two weeks out which meant that I had to deal with the pain for an additional 2 weeks. I was in tears leaving the doctor's office. When I arrived at Mind and Body I wasn't sure if I should go ahead with the massage or just go home, but I decided to give it a try. My therapist's name was Tee and I told her the issues that I was facing with my back. She was so knowledgeable, more than my doctors were, about my condition. After seeing doctors for months, no one could figure out what was causing the pain I was experiencing. Still skeptical I proceeded with the massage. Tee hit the areas that were causing me the most pain without me even having to tell her where to begin. The massage (being deep tissue) hurt a lot, due to how severe my back was but I allowed her to do what she needed to do in order to try and fix the problem. After the massage and the stretches she performed on me she told me that the pain was due to a severely strained muscle in my right SI Joint. No doctor has been able to locate the pain, but SHE DID! She gave me information on exercises I could do at home to improve my condition. I left Mind and Body feeling 60% better than when I came in. Once I got home, after about 3 hours, I realized I was actually able to pick things up off the floor, play with my kitten, walk without pain, and sit without feeling the pressure and strain I had felt before. I never write reviews, but I owed this one to Tee for giving me back my quality of life. I have already paid for and scheduled an appt with her for next week and I'm thinking of canceling my spinal injection appt. I can not explain how much this means to someone like me, who has suffered for so long and taken so many medications to relieve my discomfort. It truly was life changing for me and the knowledge and care that was put into my session is priceless. I thank you Tee for this!!

The Best massage I have had in a long time. Went to every spot I needed stretched. Very relaxing. And prices even I can afford. Staff is wonderful. I will be there again.

The massage was excellent but it was a hustle setting up the appointment with their customer service rep. It took awhile but it was worth the wait in the end.
