Diane was extremely professional, kind, and courteous. The facility was clean and comfortable and appropriately private. I would ddefinitely recommend Balanced Body Massage Group to others.

They were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door. All my questions were promptly answered with complete and thorough explanations. Also, the atmosphere was nice.

The hydrotherapist was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process before she started. It is a friendly atmosphere and I would highly recommend it.
