The entire staff was courteous and accommodating. My treatment was performed after being educated about the procedure and through instructions. I was pleased with the results and had reasonable expectations .

They are very good at laser hair removal, but I am still wondering about what exactly I am paying for. They also do selling of more services in what I considered a slightly pressured way. I am getting what I paid for so far, but have more services already paid for and am not sure how that will turn out.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Mamari is very personable. Some doctors like to point out all one's "faults" in an effort to try to sell all their other goods and services, giving unsolicited advice in areas you did not ask for. Dr. Mamari stuck to the reason I was there and even offered price breaks if I chose to come back to him for that same procedure in the future. Very classy and respectful. Thanks Dr. Mamari!
