I like that the aerobic classes are included in the membership and that you can use both facilities. I wish there was a pool at the SW location.

Keep up the postiive attitude at the desk - it goes along way. It's your first impression when you walk into the club.

Pool hurts the feet cause of the rough bottom. Not everyone can fit the water shoes cause of deformities.

I felt that the facility was very dated and dirty. The towels used to wipe down machines were always saturated, very dirty and were not changed through out the day. They did nothing more than spread dirt and sweat between machines. I developed a skin infection after using your equipment. Machines were consistantly out of order and very out of date. Staff was very unhelpful in answering questions or providing assistance. After using this gym for less than a week I have determined I will not be returning and will not recommend the facility to others. In fact I will go out of my way to persuade people not to join.
