I had been using differin so they were unable to do my facial as scheduled; however they cleansed me, gave me gel to help my skin and invited me back after I have been off the retinol for a week. I really appreciate them being honest, doing what was best for my skin and going the extra mile since they couldnt do it today. They were so knowledgeable and I will be a lifetime customer now!
