My dogs have not really been kenneled so I was a bit apprehensive about their experience. One of them is 13 and the other 6. They did great and did not seemed stressed at all. I had them in a deluxe suite where they could be together and didn't hear all the commotion of a kennel environment. I would be comfortable doing it again!

Love this staff and the care they provide for my loved one. My pup is never sad when I drop her off, she loves being there too!

Princess never seemed nervous, at the time we stepped inside or when I picked her up. When her report card mentioned her loving a good belly rub, I was convinced that they had put my dog at ease, and she felt safe while she was in their care.

Everyone was super nice, they were awesome when I called to check on him. He came back clean and good health. Only issue is a little exspensive

The checking in process could have been better. I asked the lady at the counter several questions and she seemed disoriented and unable to answer any of my questions. She had hand written a bunch of figures, I asked to add on some things and she didn't add them on. I asked to pay before hand and she was completely confused. No Smiles and not very friendly. The picking up process was entirely different. They ladies at the counter were wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and loved having my dog there for the week. They said they hoped I would come back.

Great staff. Very caring. Lovely and clean facility. Good play area for my little dog.
