He was very professional, courteous and social. The job was great. I have bad allergies and the scent of the cleaner was very tolerable. I'm very impressed with the job he did with my rug and extremely satisfied with the price and follow up. I do have to admit that the timeframe was a bit off. Other then that everything else was spot on. I'm going to use them again.
