Absolutely wonderful experience! Very relaxing and clean atmosphere, everything was described in detail at the beginning so there were no surprises, and the whole experience was just perfect. I highly recommend the Ayurveda Health Retreat, and look forward to going again!

You have an opportunity to take a shower before you leave, make sure that you bring your shower supplies and shampoo. The massage uses oils and it will get into your hair at some point, the shower was an option, but I think it made all the difference. Wonderful facility!
