Make sure to ask for extra pricing. Any area that is narrow is considered a hallway and is extra. Depending on what floor you are, it is also extra. If you have stains, they will need to use "enzymes" which are also extra. Just make sure you realize what you need done and purchase accordingly. It was, however, a great carpet cleaning with all that aside. My carpet, which looked like swamp people had a play date in it, now looks BRAND NEW.

I read all their claims on their website about using the best method and not trying to up-sell you once they are in the door like other companies....lies all lies. I also verified they were within the service area, but the technician said that he would have to charge us a trip fee when he came out the next time....don't worry you won't be back. Also all the stains that were there when he arrived where there when he left. I couldn't even tell that he had been there except for the fact that my carpets were wet. Huge disappointment...don't waste your money on this company.
