I love the staff and my dog always comes back exhausted from playing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience with Dogs Rule. I thought the entire process was unprofessional and disorganized. I was not pleased at all with the way the staff handled issues with my dogs vaccine records. They didn't even check her records until she was already at their facilities to make sure she was up to date. When they found she didn't have one of her vaccines (that I was unaware she needed), they gave it to her and charged me $15 and told me I would get paperwork on her vaccination. I never received this paperwork, which I was supposed to get when I picked her up, despite having contacted them multiple times asking for it and them promising they would "drop it off". After having given her the vaccine, they then kept her separated from the other dogs anyway--so what good did giving her the vaccine do? I could have just taken her myself to our vet when I picked her up and actually gotten some real documentation of the vaccine. My biggest concern is that if they didn't check her records until she was already at their facilities, then they must handle all of their dogs the same way, and there's no telling what kind of diseases they are allowing into their facilities. My dog thankfully was healthy, and the vaccine she needed I was always told was "optional" so I never got it for her. I didn't realize that she needed it to be boarded, but the staff at Dog's Rule should've been aware of this issue BEFORE they picked her up. It concerns me that there are probably bigger issues with other dogs that are being overlooked or not noticed until it's too late as well. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the way they run things and thought the entire process was completely unprofessional and handled in all the wrong ways. I would NEVER use Dog's Rule again, and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.
