VERY NICE 2 WORK WITH

i would like to ask for a refund... this coupon was to upsell their services for at least $1000... not a good coupon at all and I did not opt to use their service so I would like a refund if you can please tell me how to go about that.

In my opinion there is little to gain here unless you sign up for thousands of dollars of laser treatments and buy their products. It was a very hard sales pitch with nothing compassionate or caring in the presentation. It felt like a used car closing office and lacked a woman's touch and understanding. The two people who were on the sales staff had mediocre hair that looked fake. I hate to blast this and maybe if I were desperately losing my hair I would give them a try, but I would look into the JAX facility, perhaps they are more humane and caring. After all this is a touchy subject, and dropping thousands of dollars and then having to maintain it you would want high level service and regard.
