Established in 1965 by Italian brothers lured westward by the American dream, Umberto's Restaurant & Pizzeria is less of a eatery and more of an institution. Food was delicious, especially the egg plant parmigiani, the sausage and pepperoni calzone, and the veal parm hero. Try the thick crust pizza slice!
