I scheduled an 8:30 appointment over the phone and was assured that I would be the first patient of the day. I arrived on time yet I was not the first appointment and I wasn't seen until 9:30. The office assistant Issac was rude and did not know much about customer service in my opinion.

Everybody was really nice and knowledgable but I feel a little tricked. The cleaning I paid for I didn't even get. I get that AFTER I pay for another cleaning. That doesn't seem right. Otherwise I liked them.

I had a TERRIBLE EXPERINCE HERE. They did NOT give me the cleaning I paid for. Instead they gave a bait and switch telling me that I needed $2,000 worth of dental work which is a lie! They said if I paid today they would give me a discount..Classic Fraud! I'm in the process of putting in a written complaint to the appropriate regulatory organization.
