Chandra is really sweet and does a good job. However, her inability to be on time outweighs the value of her services. I understand running a few minutes behind. Things do happen. But 20 and 30 minutes past a client's appointment time rises to the level of unprofessionalism. I have had 3 appointments where she exhibited this level of tardiness. If she is able to improve in this aspect, there is no limit to her ability to thrive in her business. I wish her nothing but the best.

Should let customers know that they need to purchase the $60 upkeep kit and that she does not take debit or credit cards prior to the appointment
