Muriel is super nice. She made an effort to do my Brazilian as swiftly and painlessly as possible. Tax is not included, and cash is preferred. Scheduling was a bit confusing, but I believe it's not done by the same person performing the wax service.

Shortpump Threading was my first waxing experience and it was better than I could ever have imagined! Miriam was a true professional. I made my appointment online and she immediately contacted me to confirm. When I arrived at the salon, I did not have to wait even a minute. She explained the process to me before hand and made me feel very comfortable. She talked to me the whole time and was very friendly. I was very satisfied with my eyebrow threading and and wax. The best part was, it barely hurt a bit! As long as I am in Richmond, Shortpump Threading has my business!
