The technician arrived on time, reviewed the areas to be cleaned, pre-treated heavily soiled areas and began shampooing. In the past other technicians have given me cause to be concerned for my hardwood floors and alterations to my faucets for their water supply. I had none of those concerns during this visit. I was pleased with the time and attention given to ground in stains. I received an estimate for additional rooms and will use them again.

They don't move furniture so make sure you have it all done ahead. They were very polite and worked hard on a few tough spots I had. Would use them again.
